How we work

  1. Brain dump.

Five-minute voice note. Goals, headaches, what you've tried. No forms.

  2. Find the fit.

Choose the improvement, agree on what success looks like, then pick the tools.

  3. Make it click.

A one-page plan, a call, or both. I work alongside you so the system becomes yours.

Website plans

Site

$100 a month

A home for your work.

  • Design, copy, and launch
  • Hosting and standard domain
  • Small fixes after launch
Plan details

A serious site, hosted, with a solid first draft of the words and photos so it can launch. You rewrite anything you want.

Billed today, then monthly. Cancel before renewal.

Build

$250 a month

Keep making it better.

  • Everything in Site
  • New pages and integrations
  • Ongoing improvements
Plan details

Everything in Site, plus ongoing work. New pages, new sections, booking, a gallery, a chatbot, a map, a newsletter hookup, or a redesign of part of the site. If it fits a normal session, it is in.

Billed today, then monthly. Cancel before renewal.

Product

$1,200 a month

Build something people use.

  • Everything in Build
  • Stores, databases, and custom tools
  • About two focused days a month
Plan details

Everything in Build, plus the thing that used to take weeks. A store and checkout, a database, an image library, a member area, or a custom tool on the site. About two focused days a month. Bigger than that, we scope it.

Billed today, then monthly. Cancel before renewal.

What's included in Site — and every plan above it

Hosting and DNS, domain registration, and free email routed to the inbox you already use. You pay only if you want a paid mailbox.

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, fast load, compressed images, responsive layout, and current Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

Contact page and working form, thank-you page, real contact details in the text, unique titles and descriptions, sitemap, robots.txt, alt text, favicon, custom 404, a share image per page, FAQ and structured data, privacy, terms, cookie notice, and a clear next step on mobile.

Small fixes after launch. Standard domain registration and hosting are included. Premium domains and paid integrations are extra. Around 100,000 monthly visits is a rough guide for hosting costs, not a fixed billing threshold. We review actual host overages together.

We agree on scope, priorities, and timing before work starts. These are website plans; consulting packages are separate. Read the service terms.

Checkout starts monthly billing today. I’ll contact you within one business day to confirm scope and timing. Your site is built with you; it is not delivered instantly. Contact me before renewal to cancel. Ongoing hosting after cancellation needs a new arrangement or a handoff.

Good questions.

Who is Dylan J. Harris?

Dylan J. Harris is a software engineer and IT professional who builds websites, useful tools, and creative projects. His work includes automation, Web3, and game development.

What can we build together?

A personal or business website, an online store, a custom tool, or a better workflow. We start with the outcome: more revenue, time saved, or better quality. Then we choose the tools.

How much does a website cost?

Monthly website plans start at $100 for Site, $250 for Build, and $1,200 for Product. One-time Personal and Business sites start at $1,800 and $2,800. Prices are in USD. We agree on scope before work begins.

What is included in a monthly website plan?

Site covers a hosted website, a first draft of the words and images, contact details, basic search setup, and small fixes after launch. Build adds ongoing changes. Product adds larger features, with about two focused days per month. The plan details explain the limits.

Do I need to know which tools to use?

No. Send a short voice note or message with your goals, what you have tried, and what is getting in the way. We agree on what success looks like before we choose a tool.

Will I learn to manage what we build?

Yes. I work alongside you and explain the changes. The goal is to give you useful tools and the skills to run them. Ongoing help is available when you need it.
